While this one remained standing, it suffered serious damage: an exterior bathroom wall had collapsed, the side of the garage was torn off, windows were shattered, and debris was everywhere. The power was out, and the home was no longer livable.
The homeowner planned to sell but needed a space that felt both safe and updated for the next owner.
We completely gutted the interior, reinforced the structure where needed, and reimagined the layout for a more functional, open flow. Out went the dated carpet, cabinets, and fixtures — in came all-new everything: roof, siding, windows, doors, trim, LVP flooring, cabinetry, and more.
